If you wish to transfer in your current number to Family Mobile, please follow our easy step-by-step guide

1. Request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your current service provider

To transfer your mobile number from your current mobile service provider, you need to obtain a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). You must get your PAC code before signing up, as you will be asked to provide the PAC code and mobile number that you wish to transfer during the sign-up process.

You need to contact your current mobile service provider and ask for your PAC code. They will issue your PAC code at their discretion, which they should explain to you when you request your PAC code.

2. Register your PAC code with Family Mobile

Once you have received your PAC code, log onto 'My Account' on www.familymobile.co.uk, using the email address and password that you chose when you registered initially. Go to 'Manage Services' and choose 'Transfer Number'. Then enter the PAC, your mobile number and your current mobile network in the boxes as indicated.

3. You are then ready to activate your new SIM card!
