Family Mobile's MMS service is based on 'first send' MMS. In other words, to complete the set-up of the service, you must send your first message successfully. Prior to sending this first message, you cannot receive inbound MMS direct to your handset. Instead, you will receive what is called a 'legacy' message. This message will refer you to a website where you can view the message that was sent to you.
How to activate: Multi Media Messaging is always active and available to all customers. See above. However, you first need to download and save the correct settings in order to make the service work. See "Settings" under the "Services" menu.
