Check your credit on your account when you don't have access to the Internet. Simply send us a text and we'll let you know how things stand. Text for Balance lets you monitor your spending at all times. 

To check your account balance, type 'Ba' in a new message and send this text to 4532. You will receive a reply by text message shortly afterwards, giving the latest balance on your account. 

Please note: Our billing process is as close to real time as possible.  Charges for calls and text messages are usually applied to your account within a few minutes of them being made. However, if you are abroad it can take several days for all charges to be taken from your Family Mobile account. This is because we have to receive these charges from other network operators abroad. Once we receive this information, we update your account immediately.
